  • What’s the best way to contact you?

    We’re pretty responsive across the board — call, email or use the contact form and we’ll get back to you quicker than a pool robot in turbo mode. Need something urgent? Give us a ring.

  • How soon can I book a service?

    It depends on how full our schedule is, but we aim to get back to you within 24–48 hours and often have openings within the week. Peak season fills fast though — get in early!

  • Do you service areas outside of Raymond Terrace?

    We sure do. We cover Nelson's Bay and surrounding areas — just pop your postcode in the message and we’ll let you know if we can splash our way over.

  • Can I just drop into the shop?

    Absolutely — we love visitors. Swing by6/5 Town Centre Cct, Salamander Bay for water testing, gear advice or just to talk chlorine with someone who gets it. (We also have air-con, so bonus.)

  • What if I don’t know what service I need?

    No worries — just tell us what your pool's doing (or not doing), and we’ll point you in the right direction. We’ve seen it all, so don’t be shy.
